A Frisco Fireplace To Anchor the Yard

It is fitting that it was quite cold the day we took these pictures, because the custom outdoor fireplace is the centerpiece of this backyard makeover, with bespoke stonework, a stout wooden beam, and a unique gas fireplace unlike any other.

The patio and roof with its warm wood hues and generous fans have created an ideal space for sumer or winter. The hot tub was provided by the owner, but we were able to pour the slab and build the pergola over it to match the look of the patio space, making everything integrated.

A project like this is a joy to work on. The owner had a clear vision for what he wanted, but was open to suggestions to expand his vision of what is possible. Every project of ours is different, and each new one means that we can bring ideas and wisdom from past projects to bear on them.
