The patio has comfortable seating, a dramatic roof line, and gorgeous tile. Matching steps lead down into the backyard, a perfect area for the kids who are hard at play. It’s easy to imagine them relaxing in the shade after a hard afternoon of going down the slide or bouncing on the trampoline. 

A pergola creatively extends the use of the space, providing shade and visual delineation to the grilling area, and a unique rail keeps kids from accidentally slipping off the edge.
